The Samsung Galaxy M40[1] goes on sale today in India starting noon local time through Amazon.in[2] and the company's online store[3]. It's priced at INR19,990 ($285) and comes in 6GB/128GB configuration.
The Galaxy M40 has Snapdragon 675 SoC under the hood and runs Android Pie out-of-the-box. It flaunts a 6.3-inch FHD+ PLS display that has a hole in the upper-left corner which houses the 16MP selfie camera.
At the back, the M40 sports a triple camera setup which is a combination of 32MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, and 5MP depth sensor units. It ships with a 3,500 mAh battery which draws power from a USB-C port. The smartphone doesn't have a headphone jack though, meaning you can't charge it and listen to the music at the same time.
