We saw the first massive Google Pixel 4 leak last month, with Google confirming the leak shortly thereafter. Now, it looks like the Pixel 4 XL has surfaced online, with renders showing dual selfie cameras and what appears to be a triple rear camera setup.
The leaks appeared online via PriceBaba and OnLeaks, giving us a comprehensive look at the phone from all angles. More specifically, we see a substantial top bezel on the front hosting what appears to be two cameras and another sensor. This sensor could either be a proximity sensor or a new sensor for rumored face unlock functionality. We also see a slim bezel at the bottom.
Look at the back and you’ll find two main cameras, along with what appears to be a much smaller camera above the two main shooters. The size suggests we’re not looking at a traditional shooter or ultra-wide angle camera here, but rather something akin to a 3D ToF camera. For what it’s worth, we’ve also seen Honor pack a dedicated macro camera that’s smaller than the main sensors.
In terms of I/O, these latest renders show a USB-C port and speaker grilles at the bottom (no front-facing speakers), and a volume rocker and white power button on the right. We don’t see a 3.5mm port here, unfortunately. There’s no Google Assistant key either, although Google generally uses squeeze gestures to summon the voice assistant.
