Lenovo announced the Z6 Pro[1] in April and later followed it up with the Z6 Youth Edition[2] in May. And today, the Chinese phone maker has added the vanilla Z6 to the list.
The Lenovo Z6[3] is built out of roll cage magnesium alloy and flaunts a 3D glass back housing a triple camera setup which includes 24MP main (f/1.8), 8MP telephoto (2x optical zoom), and 5MP depth sensor units.
On the front, we have a 6.39" OLED display with 2340x1080-pixel resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen has a sampling rate of 120 Hz and supports HDR10 and DCI-P3 wide color gamut. The display also has a fingerprint scanner embedded in it and houses a 16MP selfie shooter inside the notch.
The Lenovo Z6 comes with Snapdragon 730 SoC running the show and is offered in three memory combos - 6GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB. The smartphone also has a microSD card slot which allows storage expansion by up to 512GB.
The Z6 boots to Android Pie-based ZUI 11 and packs a 4,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The box includes an 18W charger, though.
Other feature highlights include a USB-C port, 3.5 mm headphone jack and Bluetooth 5.0.
The Lenovo Z6 is only available in Blue and costs CNY1,899 ($275/€245) for the 6GB/64GB model, CNY2,099 ($305/€270) for the 6GB/128GB variant, and CNY2,499 ($365/€320) for the 8GB/128GB version. The phone's up for pre-order in China and will go on sale from July 9.
